What Benchproof provides

Benchproof is an independent screening and decision-support product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for NASA. Benchproof does not guarantee eligibility, proposal responsiveness, selection, funding, or an award. Customers remain responsible for checking official solicitation materials and submitting accurate proposals.

Opportunity information and assessment outputs can be incomplete, change over time, or require customer review. The service is not legal, financial, or government-procurement advice.

Accounts and paid assessments

Account creation, public pricing, browsing opportunities, and learning about Benchproof are free. The Founding Customer Assessment is a one-time $99 USD purchase for one assessment. It is not a subscription. A paid assessment entitlement belongs to the purchasing account and can be used once; saved reports remain available to that account after sign-out and a later sign-in.

Checkout is processed through Stripe using Polsia-managed payments. Assessment access is granted only after the payment is confirmed. A cancelled, incomplete, failed, or unverified checkout does not create an entitlement.

Company and other terms

Benchproof is identified with Miller Hoey Ventures LLC. The company has not supplied governing-law or jurisdiction terms, a court or venue, liability limitations, or a dispute process. This page does not state those terms.
